I think negative feelings are part of ...Great blog. I think negative feelings are part of life. Some of us have feel them more than others and more often than others. I also suffer from very negative, critical voice in my head so I can, to some degree, understand what it must be for you to feel so much and often. What helps me is the think of this quote by Lama Surya Das, "Everything passes, nothing remains. Understand this, loosen your grip and find serenity." Sometimes when I am really blue or depressed, I watch an uplifting movie, read some quotes, or make a list of things I am grateful for in this life.
